These core values are evident in every aspect of our business—from the expertise of our exceptional staff to the highest standards of freshness, sustainability, and best practices of our brands and partners.
Our Brands
Fisherman’s Market
Other than buying directly from a local harvester, there's no better place than Fisherman's Market to get the freshest catch around. Our product line features one of the largest varieties of fresh seafood in Eastern Canada, including salmon, haddock, cod, Boston bluefish and halibut, as well as live lobster, various types of crab, shrimp, scallops, oysters, and much more - all processed the old fashioned way: by hand.
Fisherman’s Finest
If you’re looking for the freshest, top quality seafood, keep an eye out for the Fisherman's Finest Seal of approval. Hand selected by our Seafood Specialists for those in search of the very best, top of the catch product.
Seabright Smoke House
Nestled within our Bedford location, we produce our very own Seabright Smokehouse smoked products, including smoked haddock, cod and mackerel fillets, as well as smoked salmon in various flavours*. To ensure a preservative-free process, hardwood sawdust is used, and while some companies use additives to enhance the fish's colour, everything we do at Fisherman’s Market is hand-crafted and all natural. No wonder we’re renowned for “having some of the best smoked fish in the world.”
