
Ingredients:
- 2 Pounds of Haddock Fillets
- Salt
- 1 Sleeve of Ritz Crackers (~34 Crackers)
- 5 TBSP Unsalted Butter
- Lemon & Parsley for Garnish (Optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Grease a baking dish with butter or a little bit of oil
- Rinse off haddock fillets with water and pat dry. If using larger haddock fillets, you can cut into pieces. Place haddock into the backing dish, sprinkling salt over top of the fillets.
- Melt the butter. Crush up the Ritz crackers into pieces, placing them into the bowl with the butter. Mix until combined into a coarse breadcrumb like mixture. Pack the mixture over top of the haddock fillets in the baking dish.
- Place into the oven for 20 minutes until the haddock becomes flaky. Larger fillets may take longer, whereas smaller fillets take a less amount of time.
