Honey Soy Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:
  • 1lb Skinless Salmon Portions
  • 3 TBSP Honey 
  • 2 TBSP Soy Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Rice Vinegar (or Apple Cider Vinegar)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • Sesame Seeds (Optional, for garnish)
  • Green Onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  • Heat Olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Once the pan is hot, add the salmon portions and cook until golden brown (cooked through)
  • Reduce the heat to low and pour the honey soy mixture over the salmon. Let simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Remove from the heat, garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
  • Serve the salmon over rice or steamed vegetables - enjoy!
