
Ingredients:
- 1lb Skinless Salmon Portions
- 3 TBSP Honey
- 2 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 1 TBSP Rice Vinegar (or Apple Cider Vinegar)
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- Sesame Seeds (Optional, for garnish)
- Green Onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat Olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Once the pan is hot, add the salmon portions and cook until golden brown (cooked through)
- Reduce the heat to low and pour the honey soy mixture over the salmon. Let simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from the heat, garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
- Serve the salmon over rice or steamed vegetables - enjoy!
