
Ingredients:
- 12 Ounces of Fresh Halibut Loin / Fillet, Skin-off
- 2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar (Packed)
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
- In a bowl mix together vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard.
- Rinse off halibut, and pat dry.
- Lightly spray the halibut with cooking spray, sprinkle with black pepper.
- Heat a large, non-stick skillet lightly coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
- Add fish and cook until browned on the bottom. Turn over, spooning the vinegar mixture over browned sides.
- Reduce heat and cook until the halibut is opaque but still moist in the center.
