Balsamic Glazed Halibut

Ingredients:
  • 12 Ounces of Fresh Halibut Loin / Fillet, Skin-off
  • 2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar (Packed)
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
  • In a bowl mix together vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard.
  • Rinse off halibut, and pat dry.
  • Lightly spray the halibut with cooking spray, sprinkle with black pepper.
  • Heat a large, non-stick skillet lightly coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  • Add fish and cook until browned on the bottom. Turn over, spooning the vinegar mixture over browned sides. 
  • Reduce heat and cook until the halibut is opaque but still moist in the center.
  • Enjoy!
