Ingredients:
· 1lb Steamer Clams, cleaned
· 200g Spaghetti or linguine
· 3 TBSP Olive Oil
· 4 Garlic Cloves, sliced
· ½ tsp Red Chili Flakes (Optional)
· ½ Cup Dry White Wine
· 1 Cup Clam broth (from steaming)
· 2 TBSP Butter
· Chopped Parsley
· Lemon Zest, & Juice
Instructions:
Steam clams separately until they open, reserve the broth and remove most clams from the shells (leave a few in the shells for presentation purposes).
Cook the pasta until al dente.
In a pan, heat olive oil, add garlic, and chili flakes.
Add in white wine, and simmer, then pour in clam broth and butter.
Toss in pasta, shelled clams, lemon zest, and juice.
Top with parsley and serve with extra lemon!
